Step 1: Download the Correct App

Teamiy offers two mobile applications:

• Teamiy—For Owners, HR Managers, and Admins

• Teamiy Connect – For Employees

Step 2: Create Your Account (Sign Up)

Once the app is downloaded and installed:

1. Open the app

2. Tap on Sign Up

You will be asked to complete the Account Creation Form.

Enter Your Personal Details:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Password

• Confirm Password

• Select Your Role:

  • Owner

  • HR

  • Admin

Make sure your email address is entered correctly, as it will be used for verification.

Step 3: Enter Company Details

Next, you’ll be asked to provide basic company information:

• Company Name

• Number of Employees

• Phone Number

This helps set up your organization within Teamiy.

Step 4: Accept Terms & Conditions

Before completing registration:

• Read the Privacy Policy

• Read the Terms & Conditions

• Check the confirmation boxes

Then tap Finish to proceed.

Step 5: Verify Your Email (OTP Confirmation)

After submitting your registration:

• A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address.

• Check both your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder.

• Enter the OTP inside the app.

Once verified, you will be redirected to the Sign In page.

Step 6: Sign In to Your Account

To log in:

1. Enter your registered email address

2. Enter your password

3. Tap Sign In
